I don’t know about you, but skinny jeans are a staple in my momiform wardrobe! I practically live in them! That’s why I’ve designed a skinny jean pattern with some show stopping details. Ready to wear pants rarely fit perfectly, so why not make your own? Now you can with this pattern!
The Scarlett Moto Skinnies have two front styles: plain and moto. The moto has some amazing piecing and stitching details for a trendy pair of pants. You can also sew up the plain front to make a classic pair of skinnies! The back piece is the same for both styles. During testing, we eliminated excess volume in the back piece to produce a well fitting pair of pants. You can choose from a knit waistband or woven waistband. The knit waistband can be made from ponte de roma or scuba type knit with a low stretch. The woven waistband includes an invisible zipper for a high fashion look. Any stretch woven fabric between 2% and 10% can be used for these skinnies. Let your imagination run wild with all the pairs of skinnies you’ll make for yourself!
